Excel Financial Advisors is located on our property, Warreen at The Branch, roughly 6 kms along The Branch Lane (Via Karuah).
It is sign posted with both the business and property name. We have plenty of parking space, and room for the dog to run around while we are meeting!

Where is The Branch anyway?
It’s very close to Karuah, which makes us located in the beautiful Port Stephens/Hunter Valley area of NSW. We enjoy the country surrounds with quick access to metro areas. Some reference points around our part of the Great Lakes –
- 10 km north of Karuah
- 25 km from Tea Gardens
- 30 kms from Stroud
- 30 mins from Raymond Terrace
- 30 mins from Clarence Town
- 40 mins from Maitland & Williamtown airport
- 60 mins from Newcastle
- 2 hour and 30mins north of Sydney
Doesn’t matter where you are, we can have conversations with you over the internet with our smart technology.
